Why we need sensitive data: To submit credit disputes on your behalf, we are required by the credit bureaus to verify your identity using your Social Security Number and date of birth. This information is handled with the highest level of security and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide credit repair services — including pulling your credit reports, preparing dispute letters, and communicating with the credit bureaus on your behalf
- To communicate with you — sending appointment confirmations, progress updates, monthly reports, and responding to your inquiries
- To process payments — verifying and completing your payment transactions
- To improve our services — analyzing service outcomes to improve our processes and results (all analysis is done using anonymized or aggregated data)
- To comply with legal obligations — maintaining records as required by applicable law including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)
We will never use your personal information to send unsolicited marketing from third parties, sell your data to advertisers, or for any purpose not described in this policy.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Credit Bureaus — TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian, as necessary to submit disputes and verify your identity
- Service Providers — Third-party vendors who assist in delivering our services (such as our dispute processing partner), bound by confidentiality agreements and prohibited from using your data for any other purpose
- Legal Requirements — When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
- Business Transfers — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction
Important: We will never share your Social Security Number, date of birth, or credit report data with any party not directly involved in providing your credit repair services.

Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Advisery Credit Repair LLC ("Advisery," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, operating nationwide.
By booking a consultation, signing a service agreement, or making a payment to Advisery, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
Important: You have the right to cancel this agreement within three (3) business days of signing without penalty or obligation, as required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). See Section 6 for full cancellation terms.
Description of Services
Advisery provides credit repair services including but not limited to:
- Review and analysis of your credit reports from TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian
- Preparation and submission of dispute letters to credit bureaus on your behalf
- Follow-up communications with credit bureaus regarding dispute outcomes
- Negotiation with creditors and collection agencies when appropriate
- Credit building coaching and strategy guidance
- Monthly progress reports documenting changes to your credit profile
- Dedicated support via text and email Monday through Friday
Business funding services (including 0% APR business credit card stacking) are provided as a separate service under separate terms disclosed at the time of engagement. The 10% performance fee for funding services is due upon confirmation of approved credit limits.
CROA Compliance
Advisery operates in full compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 1679 et seq.). In accordance with CROA:
- Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your contract within three (3) business days of signing without any charge or penalty
- No Misleading Claims: We will not make any untrue or misleading representations about our services or your credit situation
- Written Contract Required: All services will be provided pursuant to a written contract signed by both parties
- Disclosure of Rights: We will provide you with a statement of your rights under CROA before you sign any contract
- Performance Before Payment: Services will begin upon receipt of your signed agreement and completed intake documentation
Your Legal Rights: You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself at no charge, directly with the credit bureaus. Advisery provides professional assistance with this process but does not claim to offer services unavailable to you independently.
Payment Terms
Advisery charges a one-time upfront fee for credit repair services based on the plan selected:
- Starter Plan — $497 one time
- Growth Plan — $797 one time
- Elite Plan — $1,297 one time
- Business Plan — $1,997 one time
Payment is accepted via Cash App, Zelle, and Venmo. All payments are in US Dollars. Your plan fee covers six (6) months of service from the date your intake form is completed and your agreement is signed.
Business Funding Services: The performance fee of 10% of total approved credit limits is due upon confirmation of funding. No upfront fees are charged for funding services.
No Refunds After Services Begin: Due to the nature of credit repair services and costs incurred in preparing your dispute strategy, refunds are not available after the three (3) day cancellation window has passed and services have commenced.
Client Obligations
To enable Advisery to deliver effective results, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information — All information you provide to Advisery must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate termination of services without refund
- Cooperate with the process — Respond to requests for documents or information in a timely manner
- Follow credit-building guidance — During your program, avoid opening excessive new accounts, missing payments, or significantly increasing balances, as this may negatively impact your results
- Keep your contact information current — Notify us of any changes to your address, phone number, or email address
- Authorize necessary actions — By signing your service agreement, you authorize Advisery to pull your credit reports and correspond with credit bureaus on your behalf
Cancellation Policy
Three-Day Right to Cancel: In accordance with CROA, you may cancel your service agreement without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days of signing. To cancel, notify us in writing at [email protected]. Any payment made will be refunded in full within ten (10) business days.
After the Three-Day Window: After the cancellation period expires and services have commenced, the service fee is non-refundable. You may discontinue services at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued.
Advisery's Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate services if: (a) you provide false or misleading information; (b) you become unresponsive for more than 30 days; or (c) you engage in conduct that violates these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued for services already performed.
Results Disclaimer
Credit repair results vary based on individual credit profiles, the accuracy of reported information, bureau response times, and the client's financial behavior during the program.
We cannot and do not guarantee specific score increases, removal of specific items, or approval for credit products. Results shown on our website represent real client outcomes and are provided as examples of what is possible, not guarantees of what you will experience.
Factors outside our control include — but are not limited to — creditor verification of accurate information, bureau investigation timelines, new negative items added to your report during the program, and changes to credit scoring models.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Advisery Credit Repair LLC, its members, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Advisery for the services giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
By using our services, you consent to personal jurisdiction in Wyoming for the purpose of any such arbitration or court proceeding.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Advisery with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

- We cannot guarantee that removed items will not reappear if the underlying debt is valid and properly verified
What we can guarantee: That we will work diligently on your behalf, submit dispute letters to all three bureaus, follow up on all responses, provide monthly progress reports, and give you our full effort for the duration of your program.
